1. Respect and Inclusivity

   Treat all participants, including the Games Master and other players, with respect and courtesy. Racism, homophobia, and bullying will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. Foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and safe.

2. Positive Communication

   Communicate openly and constructively. Use language that is appropriate for all audiences. Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.

3. Integrity and Fair Play

   Play honestly and encourage others to do the same. Cheating or dishonest behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from sessions or communities.

4. Session Conduct

   1. Sessions will commence at their allotted time, regardless of participant presence. If you are late, enter the video call quietly and wait for recaps to finish or scenes to play out before joining.

5. Content Awareness

   Some sessions, particularly pre-written ones, may contain adult themes or issues that could make players uncomfortable. The Games Master will require consent questionnaires to be filled out prior to certain campaigns to ensure that no one is exposed to triggering issues. This is to ensure that all players are mentally safe and comfortable.

6. No Outgeeking!

   While you may have more knowledge about specific rules or systems, share your knowledge without belittling others. Create an encouraging environment where everyone can learn.

7. Conflict Resolution

   Address any disputes or conflicts calmly and respectfully. Seek assistance from the Games Master if needed.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

   Respect the privacy of all participants. Do not share personal information without consent and keep all confidential information shared during sessions private.

9. Participation

   Engage actively in sessions and discussions, respecting the game’s flow and the contributions of others. Avoid distractions that may disrupt the experience for other participants.

10. Feedback and Improvement

    Provide constructive feedback to help improve future sessions and be open to receiving feedback from others.
